Microfiber Cloths 

There are Three Types of Microfiber Cloths we use to clean and they are colour coded to stop cross contamination.

1.      Terry Microfiber Cleaning Cloth

Available in Pink, Green, Blue and Yellow

2.      Microfiber Shining Cloth

Available in Blue

3.      Waffle Microfiber Cloth

Available in Pink, Green, Blue and Yellow

Colour Code Chart

There are four colours of Microfiber Cloths we use and they are colour coded to stop cross contamination. We use the following colours for cleaning with microfiber cloth:

·         For cleaning Toilet bowls and seats, urinals we use Pink coloured Terry Microfiber Cleaning Cloths. Used damp.

·         For cleaning all other bathroom surfaces we use Green coloured Terry Microfiber Cleaning Cloths. Used damp.

·         For cleaning bathroom floors we use Green coloured Waffle Microfiber Floor Cleaning Cloths. Used damp.

·         For cleaning bedroom surfaces we use Blue coloured Terry Microfiber Cleaning Cloths. Used damp.

·         For cleaning drinking glasses we use Yellow coloured Terry Microfiber Cleaning Cloths. Used damp.  

·         For Polishing surfaces after being cleaned with a damp Terry Microfiber Cleaning Cloth, we buff off using a dry Blue Microfiber Shining Cloth to achieve a streak free finish.

·         For cleaning all public area surfaces we use Blue coloured Terry Microfiber Cleaning Cloths. Used damp.

·         For all public area floors we use Blue coloured Waffle Microfiber Floor Cleaning Cloths. Used damp.

Bio Kleen Multisurface Cleaner/Sanitizer

Bio Kleen Multisurface Cleaner/Sanitizer is for general cleaning and sanitizing and can be used safely to clean all surfaces washable with water. It is light yellow in colour. Add in a measured amount 10-1 marked on the graduated spray bottle or three squirts from the 5 Ltr drum pump dispenser, then fill up to full line with water. Spray Bio Kleen solution onto surface to be cleaned and sanitized and wipe clean using a damp (colour coded) Terry Microfiber Cleaning Cloth. Check colour coded chart to see which colour cloth is to be used in specific areas. After cleaning surfaces with the required colour damp Microfiber Cleaning Cloth such as mirrors, glass, pictures frames, furniture, chrome taps and fittings, TV screens, polish off with a dry Blue Microfiber Shining Cloth to achieve a perfect streak free finish.  

Bio Kleen Heavy Duty Degreaser

Bio Kleen Heavy Duty Degreaser is for deepcleaning very soiled surfaces such as hard to clean floors, ingrained soil on grout lines, radiators, grease and oil stain removal, heavy duty spot and stain remover from carpets and upholstery etc. Bio Kleen heavy duty degreaser is light orange in colour. Add in measured amount 10-1 marked on the graduated spray bottle or three squirts from the 5 Ltr drum pump dispenser, then fill up to full line with water, spray solution onto surface to be cleaned and wipe with a damp colour coded Microfiber Cleaning Cloth. Check colour coded chart to see which colour cloth is to be used in specific area.

Bio Kleen Tar, Gum, Adhesive Label Remover

This product can be used to remove sticky labels from all surfaces or for removing chewing gum wads from carpet, upholstery and hard floors. Apply from the bottle as it is a ready to use solution. Pour a small amount onto a Waffle Microfiber Cleaning Cloth and proceed to rub solution onto the soiled area or surface. Keep wiping surface until gum or sticky label has been completely dissolved, then rinse surface with a damp Microfiber Cleaning Cloth. 

Beyond Kleen All in One Kleen, Shine, Protect

Beyond Kleen is an ideal product for achieving optimal results on all hard non porous surfaces especially on glass, mirrors, chrome, crystal, granite, marble, glass picture frames, flat screen TV’s, Laptops and monitor screens etc. Spray Beyond Kleen onto a damp Waffle Microfiber Cleaning Cloth and proceed to rub solution onto surface to be cleaned. For a perfect high shine and protected finish, polish off with a dry waffle microfiber cloth. Beyond Kleen is the ideal product to achieve optimal results on all front of house fixtures and fittings, washroom mirrors, granite countertops, ceramic tiles, chrome, crystal, grand piano etc.

Caution! Not recommended for use on floors.

ZC32 Toilet Cleaner/Descaler and Upside Down Trigger Spray Bottle

ZC32 Toilet Descaler is for general cleaning and descaling and can be used on all surfaces washable with water. Add in a measured amount 10-1 marked on upside down graduated spray bottle then fill to the full line with water. Spray solution onto surface to be cleaned descaled, especially right up under toilet bowl rims and urinals and can also be used for descaling kettles or removing limescale from bathroom fixtures and fittings. Proceed to rinse surface with a damp Microfiber Cleaning Cloth after scale has been removed.

Natural Cleaning/Polishing Paste

Natural cleaning paste is the ideal product for deepcleaning and polishing chrome, stainless steel, PVC, elevator doors etc. Use a damp Terry Microfiber Cleaning Cloth and rub it across the paste in the tub two or three times. Proceed to wipe paste onto surface to be cleaned and polished, and rub until all soils have been removed. Then turn over damp Microfiber Cloth to the clean side and remove all loosened soils. To achieve a streak free finish, polish off with dry Microfiber Shining Cloth.  

Microcleaning Hand Pads

Microcleaning Hand Pads are available in white and it is the ideal product for removing body fat and ingrained soils from baths, tiles, sinks, showers etc. Prespray surface to be cleaned with Bio Kleen Multisurface cleaner/sanitizer and let sit for one minute then proceed to deep clean with microcleaning hand pad. Always used damp for best results, then finish off by wiping cleaned surface with a damp Terry Microfiber Cleaning Cloth.

Multi – Mop and Replacement Pad

The Multi Mop system is for deepcleaning heavily soiled floors. Prespray the floor with Bio Kleen Heavy Duty Degreaser diluted at 10-1 into the trigger spray bottle and let solution sit for one minute. Proceed to mop and deep clean the floor always using the replacement microcleaning mop pad damp. For deepcleaning large floor areas always use a damp replacement microcleaning mop pad after deepcleaning every ten square meters. After deepcleaning area then use the Telescopic mop handle with damp Waffle Microfiber Floor Cloths to absorb loosened soils and excess moisture from the floor. To achieve a perfect streak free finish repeat once more using another damp Waffle Microfiber Floor Cloth or gain another until required result is achieved.

Telescopic Mop with Waffle Floor Cloths

This system is the most effective way to keep all floors hygienically clean. Always carry enough damp Waffle Microfiber Floor Cloths hanging from the side of mop bucket. Prespray floor with Bio Kleen cleaner/sanitizer from the spray bottle. Remove the first damp Waffle Floor Cloth from the side of the bucket and lay it down flat on the first corner of the floor to be cleaned. Work across the floor from left to right as you continue to work back to the last corner of the floor to be cleaned. Remember after mopping every 4-5 square meters of the floor to step the mop frame back to the next clean area of the damp Waffle Floor Cloth. You can step back three times on the floor cloth and then turn it over to the other clean side and repeat mopping procedure while stepping the mop frame back three more times, when both sides of the damp Waffle Microfiber Cloth are used place it into the empty mop bucket, then take the next damp clean Waffle Microfiber Cloth from the side of the mop bucket and continue same procedure until all the floor has been cleaned.

Grout Brush and Handle

The Grout Brush and Handle is for deepcleaning ingrained soils from grout lines. Prespray grout lines with Bio Kleen Heavy Duty Degreaser diluted at 10-1 into the graduated spray bottle. Let solution sit for one minute to loosen up ingrained soils. The V shaped bristles on the grout brush will scrub out all ingrained soils from the grout lines. When all grout lines have been scrubbed, finish off cleaning the floor with the Telescopic mop and enough damp Waffle Microfiber Floor Cloths to achieve required results.

750ml Trigger Spray Bottle

This Spray Bottle is used for diluting Bio Kleen Multi Surface Cleaner/Sanitizer and Heavy Duty Degreaser. Fill required Bio Kleen solution up to the 10-1 level marked on the graduated spray bottle. Then fill up to the full line with water. Adjust Spray nozzle to achieve required spray format.

750ml Upside Down Trigger Spray Bottle

This Spray Bottle is used for diluting ZC32 Toilet Cleaner/Descaler. Fill ZC32 Toilet Cleaner/Descaler up to the 10-1 level marked on the graduated upside down spray bottle. Then fill up to the full line with water. Adjust spray nozzle to achieve required spray format.

5 Ltr Drum Pump Dispensers

Drum Pump dispensers are used for the proper dilution of cleaning solutions. One squirt of the dispenser will dose 30ml of cleaning solution into the graduated spray bottle or cleaning buckets. For example three squirts from the dispenser will fill the spray bottle up to the required 10-1 level marked on the bottle. Then fill the spray bottle to the full line with water. This is to ensure that the correct measure of concentrated cleaning solution is used.
